Our history in the automation industry extends from custom residential homes, gyms and fitness centers, small commercial and office spaces, and restaurants and sports bars. With our experience and history in these arenas we have the ability to recommend the right solution for your needs.

Utilizing the information gathered from our initial consultation, we design a tailored system that is simple, easy to use, and meets your requirements and budget. We review this design with you in detail, agree on the Scope of Work and timeline, and move into the Execution Phase.
We Install
Guided by our processes and project management, we will work closely with your builder, interior designer, and trade partners to ensure we are involved in the project phase schedule planning from the beginning. By being involved in all phases of your project we can take a proactive approach to ensuring the scope is accurate, design is being followed, and the final outcome is exactly what you expect. This also allows us to meet any challenges or changes head on and communicate clearly with the project team.

Our founder, Jeff Skinner, is deeply engaged in community service. He serves as the Public Affairs Officer for the CW02 James Randolph Det. 1465 Marine Corps League. Furthermore, he is a Certified Adult Volunteer and Webmaster for the Lake Ray Hubbard Young Marines program, and the registered Coordinator of the Rockwall Toys for Tots campaign. As a United States Marine, Jeff remains committed to supporting veterans in his community and consistently mentors youth.
